Rates

Rates are per night, plus 8% Maine State lodging tax, and include a continental breakfast. A minimum two-night stay is required for rooms booked on a Friday or Saturday during Summer/Fall/Winter, or bookings on three-day holiday weekends, and/or the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.

Payment

A $50 non refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance will be charged to your card 48 hours prior to your arrival date.

Change and/or cancellation policy

As a small, personally run bed and breakfast, we are particularly reliant upon advance reservations. Accordingly, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if your reservation will need to be cancelled.

If the cancellation or change is received less than 48 hours prior to your arrival, and your room is not re-rented by another guest, the $50 deposit will be charged to your card.

If you fail to arrive on your confirmed arrival date, the entire amount for your stay will be charged to your card. Cancellation and no show charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. There is no refund for early departures. Due to our intimate size, there unfortunately can be no exceptions to this policy.

Check in/check out

Check in time is anytime after 3pm, and check out is 11am. It's always appreciated if you can call ahead to let us know about what time you'll be arriving.

Pet Policy

We are not a pet friendly resort. If you are traveling with an animal, we are happy to provide resources to local pet hotels.

Smoking & Alcohol

The interior of the inn, as well as the porch and decks are non-smoking. We ask that guests are respectful of other guests and dispose of any cigarettes smoked in the parking lot properly. All public areas of the inn are covered under our liquor license, so consumption of personal alcohol is not allowed outside of the rooms. We have a full bar, and drinks from the bar can be taken to all shared spaces.

Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout the house.

Guest parking is available in our parking lot or on the street in front of the inn.
