In 1895 a successful businessman named John. M. Philbrook commissioned a local builder named Gilber Tuell to construct this lovely home for the sum of "around $8,000."

The Details

Considered the "most sophisticated" example of Queen Anne Architecture in the Village of Bethel, Maine, The Elizabeth is a time capsule of fine craftmanship and attention to detail. Take tours of the outside and in below:
